Hey everyone, now's the time to use this blog for its explicit purpose: to spread information on Tom's and my move back to Cali.
We will be in LA looking for some new digs from June 9-17, and that weekend (the 10-12) all you working stiffs are ours.
So, Benny, make sure the Gold 9 knows we're comin. Oh, and Pier, if you could locate some Optimator, so much the better.
So we'll be arriving to stay around July 1. Then you'll be stuck with us and the partying can drop to a more low-key, everyday kind of level. Hell yeah.

You're going to find this really funny, but i'm actually going to be in chicago that weekend for the cubs/sox game :(. i can't believe your choice of dates! i'm available during the week though so we can do some Optimating just as long as you promise NOT to live in the valley.
I do NOT find that funny! I find it increadibly sad. Well goddamnit. At least we've already sworn to ourselves not to live in the valley again, so guess what you'll be doing on Optuesday... Plus your boss and I go way back, if that was your boss, if not, your co-worker and I go Way Back. I'll vouch for ya.
as tom pointed out, i dodged a bullet in not having to see that friend of yours i beat up last time. oops.
i know i know. bad timing. and my friend who you hit will NOT be in chicago that weekend, so it's doubly sad. but yes, when you get in we'll go out during the week no problem.

1. I hate to say it, but the Gold 9 is no longer the Gold 9. It's been all remodeled and whatevs and has a new name. Never been but... you know... alas.
2. Valley-hatery is so out. I'm just sayin'.
I am so sad. I love drity AIDS filled gay bars. Alas.
Sorry for hating on the valley. Jessica has just been really stuck up ever since she became an "Artist" with a degree.
And for anyone wondering, we will be staying at a hotel for the trip and not staying at anyone's house for way too long of a visit. I don't want anyone to get sick of me the first week I'm back. Plus I love trashing hotel rooms, does anyone have that super glue that holds furniture to the ceiling. Of course we're staying at the Holiday Inn in the valley and not the standard so it may not be that rock and roll.
our decision not to move back to the valley has nothing to do with lame-o hatin. it has to do with me still having nightmares about my old job and the amount of cockroaches and cocky assholes i had to deal with every day. therefore i told tom that if my life now would at all resemble my life then i refused to move back with him. so we're starting anew. you know, besides the hangin with the benny. that part'll stay the same.
